Outdoor classrooms are learning spaces positioned outside in the natural environment. There is an increasing focus on the effects of the natural environment and positive impacts on students.
McMaster University recently implemented an outdoor classroom. Child Health 2.0's co-investigator Valerie Michaelson recently attended a meeting to bring an outdoor classroom to Queen's University!
